My ‘Thrive’ Journal

When I created my own food and fitness plan I also developed my own journal to help plan and record my progress. It gives me a place to keep track of my food intake and my workouts for each week.

However, it is not just a health and fitness journal as I wanted something that also covered wellness and well-being. With that in mind I included space on the journal to record daily beauty treats and small pleasures. This also reminds me to spend a little time each day on myself and to be grateful for the good things in life. Which let’s be honest, can be easily forgotten when life gets a little busy. And my job keeps me very very busy.
